Alison Juban Creed - Of Counsel
Alison Juban Creed is a litigator with extensive experience in complex tort litigation, intellectual property litigation, and appellate matters.
A native Houstonian, Alison graduated from Yale Law School in 1993, and then served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Joel F. Dubina on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Alison began her litigation career in the trial department of Baker & Botts, where she worked on a wide variety of trial and appellate matters. After six years, she moved to the Houston office of a New York-based litigation boutique, where she focused on large, complex environmental tort litigation, before taking a break from the practice of law to raise her family.
Alison is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, the Fifth, Eleventh, and Federal Circuit Appellate Courts, and the Southern District of Texas.
She is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
