Ryan Mulvihill is an experienced commercial litigator with experience representing clients ranging from large corporations to individuals on both sides of the docket in all stages of litigation.
Mr. Mulvihill graduated from Texas A&M University cum laude before attending the University of Houston Law Center. While at the University of Houston Law Center Mr. Mulvihill was a member of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal and had an antitrust focused paper published in the journal. After being licensed in 2021, Mr. Mulvihill worked for a complex commercial litigation boutique firm and a real estate focused litigation firm where he represented companies and individuals in a broad spectrum of business disputes and litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, indemnification disputes, product liability claims, partnership disputes, oil and gas related litigation, real estate litigation, and commercial tenant disputes.
Mr. Mulvihill joined Henneman Rau Kirklin & Smith LLP as an associate in 2024. Since joining the firm, Mr. Mulvihill has been closely involved in both pursuing and defending claims for emergency injunctive relief following the resignation or termination of financial services professionals. He also represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation matters and business disputes of all types.
